First Free Legal Clinic Set For February 15, 2005

The Tuscarawas County Free Legal Clinic is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 15th, 2005 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church at 202 E. High Ave. in New Philadelphia.

The free legal clinic provides legal assistance and advice by attorneys from our area. The clinic is not limited to addressing specific legal issues. Any legal problem can be addressed.

There are no requirements, and there is no cost for this service. Future Legal Clinics will also be held and are scheduled for April 19th, June 14th, August 9th, and October 11th, and will all be held at this same location.

The Free Legal Clinic is supported by an alliance of the Tuscarawas County Bar Association, Southeastern Ohio Legal Services, Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation, and the Tuscarawas County Council for Church and Community.

No specific appointment time is needed and again, any type of legal problem can be addressed. Please arrive at the church at 5:30 p.m. that day to sign in. Bring something to read if you are forced to wait—you can expect to be seen by 8:00 p.m.

Bring all documentation regarding the issue in question. For more information on the clinic contact Southeastern Ohio Legal Services at (330) 339-3998.
