Quote of The Month
If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant:
if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would
not be so welcome.

Annual Escrow Statements Mailed
Tenants with established escrow accounts will notice that
their annual escrow account statement for 2004 has been
included with the mailing of this edition of the FSS
Newsletter. You will also notice that this year’s statement is
somewhat different in format than in past years. TMHA switched
to a new software provider this year and this is what your
escrow statements will look like from now on. If you have any
questions regarding your escrow statement, don’t hesitate to
contact Marty at the TMHA office.
