Quote of The Month

Annual Escrow Statements Mailed

Tenants with established escrow accounts will notice that their annual escrow account statement for 2004 has been included with the mailing of this edition of the FSS Newsletter. You will also notice that this year’s statement is somewhat different in format than in past years. TMHA switched to a new software provider this year and this is what your escrow statements will look like from now on. If you have any questions regarding your escrow statement, don’t hesitate to contact Marty at the TMHA office.
