TMHA Office Addition Project Now Complete

The addition to the Tuscarawas MHA building has now been completed and the TMHA staff are in the process of making ready for occupying the new space.

The addition project added three new offices, a conference room, two new restrooms, a utility room and a basement to provide additional storage to our existing office. Raber’s Construction of Sugarcreek served as the General Contractor for the project.

Also, a new asphalt parking lot has just been completed which will provide additional parking for the housing authority employees and clients.

This building addition has doubled the size of the housing authority office and will enable TMHA staff to much better serve our clients and participating landlords.

An Open House is being planned for later in the summer in order for people to tour the new facility.
