The Community Training Center (CTC)is a community service being offered at Kent State Tuscarawas in New Philadelphia. This free community resource is a service where computers and related communications technologies are available to people who otherwise might have little opportunity to use or learn to use them.

The main focus of the CTC is to provide public access to computer technology with a chance for participants to learn computer literacy and skills at their own pace and in the same way as those who have computers in their homes do.
