Why should you attend?

- Learn to protect yourself, workers, tenants when working
in pre-78 housing
- Take advantage of a lead expert providing training locally
- Learn what information must be provided to tenants under
State and
Federal law - whether they are Section 8 tenants OR NOT
- Learn what happens in the case of a poisoned child in
your unit - whether they are Section 8 tenants OR NOT
- Earn the official HUD certification to repair lead paint
There is room currently available, but training room cannot
exceed capacity numbers, so register early. Dont miss
this training! There are no plans to repeat it.
If you are a real estate professional, you can earn 8 hours
of CEUs for attending. Participants receive certification
to repair lead paint in Section 8 housing.
