Question of the Month - Do I Need Training in Lead-Based
Paint
The answer is "Yes" if any of the units you
own on the Section 8 program were built before 1978, and
are of the type that house families with children (that
is, over 1 BR units). The trainings offered below at Cuyahoga
Community College are FREE, and will cover the requirements
under the HUD Lead Paint in Assisted Housing Rule.
There
are very few trainings on the lead-based paint rule that
are offered free of charge, so don‚t miss this opportunity.
