September 2003 Owners Update
Owner Update “Question Of The Month”
Do I need training in repairing lead-based paint?
The answer
is "Yes" if any of the units you
own on the Section 8 program were built before 1978, and
are of the type that house families with children (that is,
over 1 BR units).
The trainings offered below at Cuyahoga
Community College are ONLY $25 PER
PARTICIPANT, and will cover the requirements under the HUD
Lead Paint in Assisted Housing Rule.
There are very few trainings
on the lead-based paint rule that are offered
for this low cost, so don't miss this opportunity.LEAD-SAFE
