Mike Wolfarth – Executive Director
Mike joined the staff of TMHA in June of 2024. He is now serving as the TMHA Executive Director.

Martin Howell – Fiscal Administrator
Martin joined the staff of the TMHA in May of 1992 and currently serves as the Fiscal Administrator.

Nan Hill – Occupancy Specialist
Nan joined the staff of the TMHA in January of 2017. She serves at an Occupancy Specialist, responsible for maintaining HCV Participant records.

Nancy Burger – Occupancy Specialist Assistant
Nancy joined the staff of the TMHA in June of 2022. She serves at an Occupancy Specialist Assistant, by being the liaison between the Occupancy Specialist, other staff, participants, applicants and landlords.

Grant Johnson – Inspector
Grant is in charge of TMHA’s inspection program to determine if the rental units placed on the Section 8 program meet HUD’s Housing Quality Standards (HQS) & National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE).

Angela Starkey – Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator
Angie joined the staff of TMHA in August of 2023. She is serves as the FSS/Homeownership Coordinator who assists Section 8 participants in obtaining the skills they need to achieve financial independence.

Christy Vachon – Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator Assistant
Christy joined the staff of TMHA in November of 2024. She assists the FSS Coordinator with the Family Self-Sufficiency program, which is a voluntary program to all Section 8 participants who want to develop skills to become self-sufficient.
